It is evident that in today’s world a child without education is like a person who is traveling without a passport. Hence, the objective of this nonprofit organization is to support children from birth to the tertiary level of education given they meet the criteria for the scholarship. There are millions of children today who don't attend school, However, education is the only way to get ahead in this World. A girl child who is even a little bit educated is more conscious of family planning, and health care, and is empowered to give direction and guidance to her own children’s education because she received an opportunity to be educated and learned the necessity of education in life. Education, philanthropy, and charitable giving whether in the form of a monetary donation, giving of time or knowledge is and have been part of the glorious world of Islam. These practices hold a very central role in the teachings of the Holy Quran along with great Islamic thinkers, philosophers, and inventors.

Research has proven that maximum learning and brain development takes place within the first 3 years of a child’s life. Our ECDP program will have centers located in different areas, which will identify underprivileged families, encouraging and assisting them to enroll their newborn babies in ECDP helping facilitate these newborns to a nurturing and mentally stimulating environment provided by trained personnel in ECDP.

Nutrition K2C

Kids Supporting Kids

Feed underprivileged young children: Every 0.5 U.S. dollar provides one child with a meal for one school day. We operate food kitchens and classrooms in the local area. Daycares are run to feed underprivileged children in their neighborhoods instead of sending them to work or begging on the streets. Join us to help underprivileged children in Pakistan get the food and nutrition they need to thrive and reach their full potential.

EE2E President and Team, in Collaboration with Aasha and Shams Foundations, Visit Germany to Explore Enhanced Opportunities for Pakistani Youth

Network to Bring New Skilled Workers

The "Shams Foundation" aims to place young Pakistanis and is cooperating with the local trade guild.

*Cloppenburg* – Nationwide, companies are struggling to find enough apprentices. This problem is also affecting businesses in the Cloppenburg area, within the HWK district (Chamber of Crafts). "We urgently need skilled workers," says Dennis Makselon, Managing Director of the Cloppenburg Chamber of Crafts. The foundation aims to remedy this shortage by recruiting young Pakistani apprentices. The connection came through Amir Hassan from Bösel, who works with the Shams Family Foundation. The foundation was established in 1972 by Kamrudin Shams, who fled to the USA from Bangladesh during the Bangladesh War in the 1970s.

Amir Hassan, the son of the foundation's founder, explains that their aim is to help young people from Pakistan secure apprenticeships. "We want to contribute to solving the shortage of skilled workers," he says. The Cloppenburg Chamber of Crafts has already taken steps to address this. For the Shams Family Foundation, the focus is on providing young Pakistanis with the opportunity to receive vocational training and a chance to build a career.

Dennis Makselon believes the collaboration with the foundation could significantly help address the shortage of skilled workers. He is optimistic about the cooperation, which would enable the placement of apprentices from Pakistan in local companies. The Oldenburg-based Ministry of Foreign Affairs has already been informed of this initiative. He points out that many local businesses are struggling to find apprentices in fields such as metalwork and mechanical engineering.

The idea is that these apprentices would come to Germany for vocational training and stay long-term. However, this plan faces some challenges. Makselon emphasizes the importance of ensuring that these apprentices do not leave after a year or two. “The goal is for them to stay here,” he says. Those who complete their apprenticeship and want to stay in Germany will receive additional support.

Jacob Koopmann, head of Elektro Koopmann GmbH, has already expressed his interest. “We need skilled workers,” he says. For companies like his, the placement of Pakistani apprentices could be beneficial. However, cultural differences, language barriers, and legal frameworks could pose challenges. Amir Hassan acknowledges these concerns and highlights that the integration process would require careful planning and patience.

The Shams Foundation has also established a reputation for helping young people in Pakistan pursue education and vocational training. They offer German language courses to help apprentices integrate better and faster.
